2. Payment & Refund Policy

A. Payment Terms

  • Payments for courses and coaching programs must be made in full or via an approved payment plan before access is granted.

  • We use secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe,) for processing transactions.

B. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

4. Coaching Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

A. Coaching Is Not a Guarantee of Performance

  • Our programs provide mindset training and strategies designed to improve your mental approach to cricket. However, results are not guaranteed as performance depends on individual effort, practice and external factors.

  • We are not responsible for any decisions, results or outcomes related to your cricket performance or career.

B. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our courses, coaching or services.

  • If you experience technical issues, injuries or dissatisfaction, you agree that your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site and services.

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using our Site and services, you agree to:
✅ Be respectful in any discussions, coaching sessions or community groups.
✅ Not share your login details or purchased content with others.
✅ Not engage in abusive, defamatory or disruptive behavior in any coaching or communication channels.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination without refund.
